Core Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor our engineering team while maintaining hands-on involvement in technical decisions
• Drive high-quality, rapid execution across our iOS, backend, and infrastructure
• Spearhead our AI initiatives to enhance social engagement and user experiences
• Evaluate and improve our technical architecture and codebase
• Set and maintain high engineering standards while removing obstacles to shipping
• Identify and fill critical engineering gaps through strategic hiring

About You

Technical Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience, with proven technical leadership
• Strong background in iOS development or similar consumer-facing applications
• Track record of shipping high-quality features at rapid pace
• Experience implementing AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Experience scaling engineering teams and processes
